I'm not saying I don't LOVE gingerbread, because I deffo do but sometimes I want a cookie which is a little bit different but just as good for cutting out and decorating and these Cranberry & Clementine Cut-Out Cookies (CCCCs) are just the ticket!

Recipe - 

410g plain flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
zest of 2 clementines, satsumas, tangerines etc
40g dried cranberries, chopped really finely
225g unsalted butter, soft
190g caster sugar
60g cream cheese
1 lg free range egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
